Christie Digital Systems / FHD553-XE / Faulty Power Supply

Issues:
  1. Power is available but no display.
  2. Led status: Blinking Orange.
Possible Causes:
  1. Faulty Power Supply.
Troubleshooting:
  1. Checked the outlet is working.
  2. Try different power source. 
  3. Change the power cords. 
  4. Check the switch, buttons and remote. 
  5. Tried a different panel on the power source and same power cords.
Resolution:
​Change the power supply.
  1. Place the display panel face-down on a clean, protective surface.
  2. Remove the 22 Phillips screws.
  3. Disconnect the fan wire.
  4. Remove the rear cover from the display panel. 
  5. Remove all connectors.
  6. Remove the eight Phillips screws from the power unit.
  7. Remove the power unit.
  8. Replace the power unit.
  9. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.
